Ordered a leather jacket from here on a Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered to me in Auckland at 10am the next day (not to mention the price was far better than any other stockist). Thank you for restoring my faith in online stores in NZ – if only they were all as efficient and polite as you! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

came into the store with my partner who was planning on buying a ring, no greeting by the staff. waited around the jewellery section for 10-15 minutes looking around at staff in an empty store while they clearly ignored us. they missed out on a sale and returning customers. we left under the impression that we weren't trendy/rich" enough for the store."

Great store! There was a delay in shipping by the courier company and they got in touch with them directly and kept me in the loop all the way. Also followed up afterwards making sure I received the item, which I did quickly after they got in touch. Incredible service!
