Won't be buying from this place again! Spent $110 on a product that had a faulty light setting on it as well as a leaking tank. Went in tonight to be told I can't swap it with a product that works correctly whilst being told to 'F off' by the counter staff! These people need to get some product knowledge, listen to their customers needs whilst also showing some respect for those people that shop there so as to pay their wages! Plenty of other Vape shops about, go elsewhere folks, extortionate prices and inferior products grossly overpriced!!

I would not recommend coming here at all I specifically said I need help and was knew to vaping and needed help with setting up my new vape ect I got the worst device ever had to go back twice for help and a phone call

Bought a faulty vape that would not recharge. Apparently products only come with a 1 day warantee. Shop somewhere else, this company will take your money and run

I asked for a good vape that burned between40 an 60 watts thay showed an sold me a vape that goes upto 80 so I was using it on 45 watts after being told it would be fine in 4 days I was back in there store because the vape wasn't working anymore I was told to use other pod it had it worked but I still used it at the same watt because what I had been told a week later same thing but was leaking heaps so I go back and and that's when I'm told I can only use it at 25 watts I was really upset after being told something else and being sold something under false facts I made a complaint because I felt ripped off I was told someone will contact me in a couple days no one did I waited over a week before posting this I'm really disappointed in there customer care I feel ripped of after spending 80 dollars on a vape that doesn't do what I asked for an I was lied to thay didn't even take my complaint seriously I spent money there every week now I can't even bring myself to go near there store
