They are very attentive and help you with anything that you need. I have never had any problems with them, and I know that if I need anything, they are willing to assist me.

I think my previous comments which detailed the areas of keeping up to date information, the vetting of potential tenants, regular maintenance reports/attention to urgent jobs, the payment of invoices on my behalf, in-house traders, informing of the latest government legislation to affect the rental market and since Queenstown Accommodation Centre has wholeheartedly joined it's sister partner Bayleys real estate - the facility now exists for selling properties. All these reasons are why I have been with the company since the days of Hayley Stevenson and with the passing years, I liked to think a good personal as well as a good working relationship has developed.

Always on top of reminding me when to renew my lease because I can be terrible sometimes, always asking if there's anything that needs fixing or if there's any issues .very friendly and easy to talk to. Overall bayleys is great thank you
