Poor service from rude receptionist and lack of expert service from therapists in this clinic. Be warned as they are hesitant to process normal ACC injuries.

I have never had healthcare professionals as kind, understanding and consistent as Anna and Christiana are. I’ve been on their pain programme for a couple of months now and both ladies have gone out of their way multiple times to make sure I’m taken care of without me even asking. They always have a plan for where to go to from each point in treatment, and they always do everything in their power to treat me as more than just a client. They really do have their clients’ best interests at heart. Highly recommend these two.

Awesome service, buggered my fingers up playing sport. They managed to fit me in at short notice and now on the road to recovery. Jane was great, excellent communication and really reassuring. Sorted out the ACC paperwork, such a breeze to deal with.Fingers" crossed I don't need to go back to see them but will be my first call next time I do injure myself!"
