Great customer service, car in excellent condition, would definitely use again.Note - there are no petrol stations on the same side driving from New Plymouth to the pick up/drop off point. Refuel at New Plymouth before returning.

Lifesavers!!Got stuffed around by budget rentals with a truck hire who didn't come through with a truck on moving day but cut price rentals were amazing and got us a truck within the hour and helped us out big-time!!

Good price. Friendly & helpful service.Only two reccomendation :1 Please put a good stereo system in the truck as we have to drive more than 600km while listening to the engine noise.2- Also, the air conditioning in it. We were wet in sweat as the AC couldn't blow the cold air. Good for winters cz it was blowing hot air but not cold.I would highly recommend cut price rental for best service and good price.Thank you for your kind service.

They don't do half day rentals on all trucks so be careful to choose. We used a small truck for couple of hours for about 12-15 kms and was charged $125 which is a rip off. Customer service of Cameron the owner is shady. Won't use them again.
