Caterpillars to Butterflies Early Learning

We cannot recommend Caterpillars to Butterflies enough! Returning to work after having our first baby was terrifying - it is a daunting task to find somewhere / someone else to look after your baby - other than yourself! However, in our experience, if it can’t be our own family looking after our little one, Caterpillars is a very close second best! We love that Caterpillars has an intimate, family-type environment, as well as a beautiful big outdoor space. At the same time, they are scrupulously professional and thorough. Our boy loves his teachers and is clearly very well cared for. This was important to us - that he not only learns, but that he is also receives wonderful care and nurture. But he also has so many opportunities to grow and learn, and gets such wonderful stimulation from the fantastic variety of activities they do. We can absolutely rest assured that our boy is in very capable hands. We are so grateful to be a part of the Caterpillars family and we can’t wait to watch our boy continue to learn, grow and keep having so much fun. Thank you for everything guys!

Nice little early childhood learning centre in the Hillcrest area.The teachers are awesome and highly competent.Children have a lot of various things to do and keep engaged.The play area is large and well built.The facilities are nice and clean.Focus is given on cognitive learning for children in a natural environment which is a hue plus point for this centre.Easily accessible by road, there is ample parking on street and in the premises too.Well recommended.

Amazing teachers with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our little one is looking forward to going daycare every morning. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment.I cannot recommend highly enough.

Both my children attended here. What an amazing centre. Karen has created a centre where everyone is welcomed. The teachers genuinely love and care for the children, and we never had any issues. Although the centre isn't one of these flash purpose built places, we loved the fact it was a home away from home. Would recommend this centre to everyone, and have.

It’s important to us as parents want nothing but the best for our kids and to have a centre that feels almost like family. This is what you get when you arrive at Caterpillar’s to Butterflies, they have been so welcoming, warm and so great. They’ve worked through my child needs and have adapted to suit her and she is thriving! I would 1000% recommend this daycare to anyone that is wanting a second family!

I cannot recommend Caterpillars enough! We aren't fortunate enough to have family in NZ and leaving our daughter in the care of others is always a very daunting experience. The team are magnificent and truly look after your children like their own. It's a smaller daycare which means there's more one on one time and I couldn't be more glad that we chose this centre for our daughter.

So happy with our choice of daycare for our daughter. Her teachers really know her and put in so much time and effort into what they do - she adores them! She has so much fun playing in the amazing outdoor space at C2B, and is constantly getting up to creative activities. She has grown in confidence since starting and it is so wonderful to see!

The teachers at Caterpillars to Butterflies are awesome. They are very professional and friendly. They take good care of my children and both of my babies just love it there. It’s lovely seeing them learning and growing so much everyday with the help from these wonderful teachers!

Our daughter loves the daycare and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to send her here. The teachers are professional, kind and caring. The most important part - lots of outdoor and nature play which was really important for us.
