Onewa Vets are always friendly, helpful, and professional. I am comfortable trusting them with my beloved Maisie.

Terrible experience with Onewa vets. The vet was extremely rough with my cat when taking him out of his carrier. The front desk staff are very rude and dismissive, I had to call multiple times to ask for my pet's notes to be emailed to me and every single time the one rude receptionist dismissed my request saying they were too busy at the moment - even though they'd sent the email just previously but to the incorrect email address. They couldn't spare 5 seconds to forward it to the correct email. If you're too busy to handle customer requests, then hire more staff - this impact shouldn't be affecting customer requests. Terrible service, dismissive attitudes. Will never take my cat back there again.

I took my 3 years old male Flemish giant ( Muffin) for neuturing, vaccination and a check up with Dr, Oliver. This journey for my bun has been amazing, the surgery went well.A few hours after he came back home he was doing very very well with honey flavour pain killers. Now 24hrs passed he has been fully recovered and back to his normal self.The Communication with the team regarding bookings and aftercare was clear and not complicated to understand.I have already been spreading how amazing this journey is to all my family members and friends who has pets especially rabbits.Thank you so so much again for all your guys work! Our puppy Eagle has recently joined our family. Our neighbour's recommended Onewa Veterinary. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Was able to get an appointment same day I phoned. Was a really helpful and pleasant experience and we will be using Onewa Veterinary as our family vet

I don't really write reviews, but this vet service was just amazing. The doctors were real nice and friendly, very educative and professional, providing best service to my pet. In addition, they have online booking system which was very easy to use + price for the consultation was very kind relative to other vets.

Onewa Road Vets have been incredible. We have a 14 year old Shih Tzu and they have solved so many of his ‘issues’ - far more than previous vets. They are the epitome of kindness and compassion and they don’t treat you like you know nothing.They are incredibly respectful and professional. We would not go anywhere else and are incredibly grateful to have found them.

I recently had a complicated issue with my first time silkytzu mummy. After a long labour she gave birth for three beautiful and strong pups. Unfortunately due to exhaustion and pain new mom got confused about her toy dogs and real pups. She used to treat her toy dogs after each heat cycle as her litter. And she does it now too over the alive pups, who she think will hurt her fake rubber pups. The staffs were absolutely amaizing, go back and forth to treat us in this very unique situation. Specially wanna thanks for all of you, Sally, Habim -the only names I know. Sorry about that.
