Everyone in the team at woolertons were fantastic when it came to helping us with a funeral service.I called a few funeral homes in the area and from the first contact with Woolertons we were very impressed. Very dignified and caring people, nothing was a problem even when we made multiple changes. Highly recommended.

Paul, our Funeral Arranger and the rest of the team at Abraham’s were amazing. Right from my mothers passing at the hospital to the service, they were respectful, patient and followed through with everything they promised in the short time frame we had. The expenses were carefully and thoroughly explained and we were able to access all details of the process via the online portal that was provided. I wish we could provide another star!

Fantastic service, Paul was great to work with.Not only did they do my grandmother's funeral some months back but they also just did my grandfather's.On Grandads feedback form from Nanas funeral he commented how great it was, but there were no sausage rolls.Mid service Paul came and brought grandad some sausage rolls. It gave us all a chuckle and I know grandad would have approved.The care and service our family received was top.Thank you for your help in giving them both a great send off.

Never available on site at premises. Dog poo all over front lawn area. Not an ideal first impression on the several time I have tried to personally make contact.

I highly recommend Woolertons Funeral Home, Phillip and Erin took so much care with my husband and gave him respect and dignity. The way they handled everything and still kept our family and my husband as their main focus. I felt so at ease with them at a time when nothing made any sense. They are the most caring people and will look after your loved one at the most difficult and devastating time in your life

The company acted in a most professional manner & Mike, there at the end of a phone whenever one needed to speak with someone, regardless of the time of day acted again in a most professional manner. Windsor Funerals was recommended to us by a close friend and we really appreciated Hazel's warm and gentle manner as well as her availability and proactive approach. Even though the funeral was not in English, nothing was a problem. Hazel went alongside our arrangements and helped in every possible way, including organizing everything for my grandmother's ashes to be sent to my her homeland according to her wishes. We can highly recommend the company to anyone.

My mom died during Auckland Delta lockdown in Sept 2021. I was not able to be with her & she was transported to Windsor Funerals. Hazel provided compassionate & exemplary service honouring our Maori Tikanga protocols. She worked tirelessly to ensure mom would be transported home for burial & kept in constant contact with our family. Hazel is caring, proactive, an amazing advocate for families & went far beyond what is normally provided to look after our mom & our family. Thank you Hazel and team.
