Great customer service, very friendly and welcoming environment. Did a great job and highly recommend.

I turned up 3 hours before COB and never have I been made to feel less welcome at a barber. Door locked (even though sign said open till 7pm) not let in and left out in rain, told na closed" with guys getting cuts at the time. Made it feel like they were having to do me a favor and no indication of when I should come back. Tried to support local and backfired. Unless"

I got 6 small tattoos done today by Ian who made sure I was comfortable and happy with my choices as well as tattooing me and my girlfriend, after hours before we leave Hokitika. I highly recommend Ian’s work and shop as i will be coming back every chance I’m in the South Island . I’m really happy with my tattoos and Ian was really fast but got the job done. Ian’s studios so clean and he has a really nice set up which made my appointment more enjoyable 10/10 for the tattoo appointment and 10/10 for customer service and professionalism if you are passing by pop in!!

Jeni was amazing, a real perfectionist, which is exactly what you need when making the decision for these tattoos.Love the work that Jeni has done, exactly what I wanted, Jeni has great advice, she is GOLD.High recommend her work for any age( I am just over 60)

Absolutely over the moon with my “new brows”. Initially Jeni wasn’t sure how we would go considering I had some Micro blading done a few years ago and the colouring had ended up a really awful pinkie colour and the shape just wasn’t right. Thankfully the first Session Jeni did an amazing job. Now after the second session they look even better. I’ve even had a stranger compliment me along with some work colleagues in the last week, great feeling. Jeni certainly knows what she‘s doing, not only that is extremely professional and personable. Really made me feel at ease and that I was in the best of hands. Don’t do what I did with the Micro blading episodes please go straight to Jeni for all of your cosmetic tattooing needs she’s just that good.
