The store itself is well organised, clean, and relatively well-stocked. The staff are helpful, well-informed, and generally passionate. Unfortunately I found two seperate staff members on different days had a fun habit of asking my masculine-presenting partner questions about what he knew about Warhammer then proceeded to explain everything Warhammer to me, a feminine-presenting person. Ironically enough out of the pair of us I have both more experience and knowledge on the game & lore and did not need it explained to me.Would suggest staff practice not assuming as much based off of appearance as it really put us off returning when more welcoming alternatives exist :)

We planned a holiday in Wellington based around our sons interests - saw that the Warhammer store had a school holiday programme. Our son learnt so much from Nathan, particularly with painting and understanding the game more. Nathan is an absolute legend, we saw him interact with kids and people of all ages - same level of engagement and passion. Wasn’t pushy just keen to help our boy, we are very grateful for his support!!! Highly rate visiting this store, just to meet the team and engage with someone who genuinely is there to help!! I

Great staff who are always happy for a chat, never pushy with sales but are also extremely helpful when you ask. Probably why I always leave the store with atleast something for my next project :D

Guy behind the counter (don't know his name, sadly) is a flippin' legend. I know next to nothing about painting models, but this guy gladly takes half an hour to explain everything. It certainly helps that he is very knowledgeable about the subject, but that he's willing to go above and beyond to help a customer out makes me a happy camper.

Friendly staff. Great selection, especially of paints of which they seem to carry the full range including the larger sized pots. VULKAN LIVES!
