Korean rib restaurant

When we arrived for our booking, there was a shortage of seating. Staff had to re-arrange other diners to spare up seats for our group. Not ideal so a suggestion to this establishment is to have spare seats in storage for situations like this.In light of the above, the subsequent service was fine. The food was delicious and was great value for approx $25-$30 NZD per person. Free refills on the side dishes.The seafood pancake had big prawns!The pork bone soup was perfect to share for a large group.

Terrible service. We ordered takeaway as we were told it would be around 30 minutes for a table and 20 for takeaway. Anotherfew groups were waiting for tables too so we decided it would be faster to just order takeaway and leave.Waited 30 minutes and went in to check on the order, one of the tables that were seated after we had ordered had already received their food. We asked about our order and were told it would be another 15-20 minutes.This is terrible customer service, we had clearly ordered before them yet they received their food first and they had ordered the same thing we had. What kind of service is this? Why should inside customers be treated as the priority when we are paying the same price plus takeaway costs as they charge extra for takeaway.I asked one of the servers since they hadn’t made our order yet if we could eat inside instead because they now had empty tables, she just walked away and told a different server to speak to me. So rude and disrespectful, I am a paying customer and didn’t try to make things difficult.Food was pretty average, service was absolutely terrible. Most likely will not be returning

Stay away from this place. Ordered a takeaway and it was so little! For the price of $24, you expect more. Very disappointing! Their portions are small and unappealing. Never again! Buyers beware! There are more korean takeaways that's worthy of your money

Amazing food and friendly service, very nice people. Seafood Tofu soup was amazing, loved the level of spice and they refill side dishes for free. I would recommend this place. I did not take pictures of the food because I was too busy enjoying it. It looks exactly like the menu.

Authentic and tasty Korean restaurant. Not a huge place, so I’d recommend making a reservation if you’re a going as a large group.We’ve been coming to this place for quite a few years now. The taste and quality of food has been very stable and consistent.

Great food, refillable side dishes and friendly service, what more can you ask for?

Clean and tidy decor, with adequate parking outside. I would recommend the pork bone soup. The medium size was more than enough for sharing between two people. Really good flavours and they even offer to refill your side dishes without asking. Excellent service and will be back to try other dishes

First time coming here. We actually came here because we saw this place started following my google review account. We love Korean food so thought to come here a try. We saw review of the gamjatang so we ordered the medium size for 3 people. We also saw the seafood pancake that we tried from another restaurant, so we ordered it to compare. The gamjatang was a lot bigger than we though, definitely can feed more than 3 people. The pancake was crispy and plenty of prawn and squid which was very yummy with the sweet seafoody soy sauce. The portion was also bigger then we thought and we actually like this more than the other restaurant we had this first. The staff here was friendly and I think the chef came out and seems quite nice. Would definitely highly recommend this place, will come back again.
