Absolutely disgraceful company to deal with. One of my investment properties has had several repeated issues with their window frames and if it didn’t have to be fixed under their warranty, I wouldn’t be dealing with this company. Totally unprofessional, uncommitted with no customer diplomacy. Considerable delays in attending to the problem, arrives unannounced, when appointment made arrives an hour late. The Fiji Indian technician was extremely rude to both my tenant and myself. He was stubborn and even initially walked off the job without fixing the problem but later returned when I spoke to their boss, Amit. To make matters, the boss realized at night that the window frames were out of warranty and sends me a text wanting to invoice me. All that stress from the morning into the night and not even an apology. I would avoid this company where possible.

These guys are so helpful and prompt. In 2020 after the big storm, I went down with measurements for a small window I had broken. He cut the glass and gave it to me right there and then. Didn't even charge me for it. I emailed just last week saying I needed 3 windows replaced. He called me before 8 the next morning, and by the time I got home from work the windows were done. Absolutely recommend them.

These guys gave me such great service when nobody else would even help. Thanks guys for helping me out with my Ranchslider, it looks great.

Good for repair work

A big ‘Thanks’ to the maintenance team who came out to fix our front door on Friday (19th March). I logged an issue on the Lancer website on Friday morning, received a callback within an hour or so, & had a technician on site that morning. The door was fixed straight away & the young gentleman who carried out the repair was very polite, helpful & did an excellent job.
