I am very happy for having rent a trailer from this company. They were amazing. I went to Auckland and realised the trailer I got wasn’t gonna fit what I needed to move so they give me a new one in the Auckland branch and on top of that they gave me the option to return it in Tauranga the next day. So fabulous service, will definitely be coming back next time I need to rent a trailer

Hireace Wellington were awesome to deal with, easy communications, great online process, good options to choose from. When the truck we booked was in an accident they contacted us to advise and had other options to chose from with no additional cost for an upsized option. The guy at the depot showed us everything on the truck. Small downside was no USB port to charge phone while using maps and passenger seat was a bit lopsided. But all in all was a great service. Recommend and will use again.

Awesome business to deal with, after the paperwork there quick at getting you on yah way. Insurance makes the stress of issues disappear both on pickup and return of hire, the staff we lovely polite and full of smiles. A business i wish i had to deal with more often! Awesome to deal with :)
