Stellar support via Ryan for a request to repair my glasses which I had purchased here 2-3 years ago. It was nice to receive such a pleasant, indeed enthusiastic, response to solve the problem at hand, which he got sorted super quickly. This is how a business retains customers.

Very very disappointed! Went there 3 times with a frame from themselves (brand new) to find prices for normal very basic lense and got 3 different prices from staff. 290$ , 340$ and lastly 400$ something, I am not sure if they don’t know what they are doing or just throw numbers to see if it works. I am waiting for their calls for 2 weeks now to find out the correct package from their manager and call me back and haven’t heard anything’s yet. Although went there again and received no good service. Sorry folks you need to pick up your game. This is bad service.Ps I would highly recommend customers to challenge them on prices and understand exactly what you are paying for or you might paying too much for no reason.

Visited store with intention to put an order for new prescription glasses I wanted for some time. Stood by the frames I was considering ordering. Made an eye connection with one of the staff hoping she would come to assist, did not happen. Made an eye connection with another staff member who seemed very reluctant to give any info about the frame I was considering. I seriously felt staff is expecting customers to walk to them if they need any help.Staff does not seem to be interested finding out their customer's needs or simple courtesy to acknowledge customer's arrival in store and say let me know if you need any help.

This shop and staff are solid and outstanding, been going to this shop for several years for prescription lenses and they are always lovely and accommodating when picking out new frames and lenses.They even help maintain, adjust and repair my glasses too.The Optometrists that they have onsite are also lovely to deal with and give thorough exams as well!I will keep coming back for new glasses and eye exams.

Hi there I was served by a gentleman named Aidan and he was very superb and kind towards my family. he adjusted my families glasses and even offered to check the prescription on them as my glasses were quite blurry in the long sight. thanks Aidan and the team at albany! i will come with my family for our annual check up. -

Since my local OPSM closed several years ago, I've driven to the Albany branch for an annual exam.Their service remains top-notch. Full credit to Jane's skill and diligence discovering a mass in my eye, that another opticians failed to find a month earlier.Now, even with a more difficult prescription, service delivery is faultless. Follow-up is invaluable. All staff are friendly and helpful, but Dorothy and Anu have made recent visits for monocular premium range sunglasses especially stress-free. Thank-you team!

The branch OPSM at Albany have been and hopefully always would be my (ours as a family) preferred choice for my prescription glasses and service.Outstanding, above and beyond, immaculately impeccable OPSM Branch.Dorothy is amazing Manager, Ryan is really great young fella helping with everything, Emma is really good one as well, so I’m case I miss someone - Everyone are beyond and above any expectations and standards.I am their loyal client with proven records for the past 8 years and always would be.Yesterday they helped me with my insurance claim and my additional brand new pair of reading glasses after passing my eye exam test.Keep doing the good job Team.Stay safe and sound everyone.

Very good service from start to finish. The staff at Albany OPSM were really awesome. Very friendly, not in the least bit pushy. I was able to try on all the styles before settling on the ones I wanted. And after a two week turnaround my glasses arrived and they are perfect. Thanks, I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

The Manager OPSM Albany.Near Sir or madam,On Sunday 13.6.21 at about 1:pm I came into your shop at Albany to get a minor repair done to two of my glasses.One pair required new nose pads and the other pair required ear pads replacing.I was met by a very pleasant helpful young lady who said these repairs would not be a problem, but it would take about ten minutes.I waited and she took both pairs of glasses away, and in about ten minutes she came back with both pairs perfectly repaired.I asked how much do I owe? She replied nothing. She was pleased to fix them for me.How brilliant is that service? Absolutely outstanding! You need to know how impressed customers are with this type of service.I have already told two close friends, OPSM Albany is the only place to deal with. Emma who assisted me in both Albany and Takapuna shop is super helpful, patient and very knowledgeable about eyeglasses. She suggested some glasses for me to choose from and gave me useful feedback. She also fixed the nose pad of my old eyeglasses which I purchased from OPSM. Very pleased that I am getting my new pairs of eyeglasses from OPSM.
