Terrible people bullys and manipulators. I would rather have a tarp over my rook than their workmen on it.

Absolutely recommended!!In the current emergency of Auckland rain flood last night, water suddenly run down our wall and ceiling was filled with water quickly in our house. It's unsure when the celling would fell off. I called all 0800 numbers (Insurance/AA home/Fire department) and even roofing companies recommended by others, but no one helped or even answered.Until I found DELTA ROOFING on google, Saan picked up my call and assigned job straight away! Meantime Saan maintained excellent communication with me all the way till Rudi- our super roof hero arrived 90 mins later! Rudi was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient, the house was safe again just after midnight! What a relief for us but really hard work for busy Rudi at the time!I really appreciate all the efforts your team made for clients in extreme weather like last night. I feel that DELTA ROOFING definitely has the most reliable & professional emergency team you can trust!

Hi there, we had the case of multiple unreported issues at our property that we only discovered once the tenant vacated it unexpectedly. We had to ogranise the repairs quickly as decided to put our house on the market. We reached out to John and were very happy with the services and the quality of John's work. At the beginning, John completed a thorough assessment of the property and highlighted few additional things we were not aware of. We then discussed what we would want to include in the scope of works. The works were completed on time and the subsequent invoice was as per the original quote provided. Angel & Jeff were amazing at communicating every stage of the reroof, happy to go above and beyond at no extra cost. Roofing team were polite, timely, hard working, tidy and overall a pleasure to have. Every team member we dealt with had a can do attitude, they were problem solvers not problem blamers which is such a nice breathe fresh of air in the construction industry to have them looking out for your best interest.From first initial contact to sign off Ascent roofing have delivered what they promised. Appreciated the prompt service, and especially that when our ancient gas meter needed attention after the water heater was installed, the staff persisted until the problem was fixed.

Paul Milne carried out a roof restoration for us a little over a year ago and unfortunately the rust started coming through soon after. I'm told that it has not happened before.A mark of a good contractor is one that is willing to stand by their work though, and to their credit Paul Milne did not walk away from it. They offered to either refund a portion of the cost, or to redo the work and provide a transferable warranty to a new purchaser (by this point we had decided to sell).We opted for them to rectify it. The roofer seemed to do a very thorough job and spent a great deal of time trying to put it right. As of this moment I have no reason to think that all issues haven't been rectified.Regrettably, also of this moment, Paul Milne are now refusing to provide the 1 year transferable warranty until such time as I remove the review or post something that they themselves approve of prior, and have threatened legal action (the original warranty still stands). A somewhat very sour note on what had otherwise seemingly been resolved, and a distasteful way to treat a customer.

I wanted to get my roof treated for moss and lichen. Mr Moss were referred to me by another tradesperson. Their service was prompt and efficient. Damien (the owner) explained the application process on arrival and the results I should expect. He was both friendly and professional. I highly recommend this provider should you require roof or gutter services. 5 Stars
