Otorohanga Kiwi House
Very neat place to see kiwis and learn more about the birds of New Zealand! One of the keepers gave us an impromptu lesson as we arrived since he happened to be at the desk, then an excellent staff member inside chased us down to let us know the kiwis had come closer to the glass. The eels were shockingly fun to see too, the biggest one still has me wide eyed!

i havent had much help from naini i think my case is too complicated for her as i have been with her for 3months this relates to my problems im having with acc. acc has breached my rights in many ways by locking me out of reviews and now acc does not want to communicate at all which is why i asked ngatihine for help naini was assigned to help me on a voluntry basis as ngatihine does not normally do this so with much appreciation and relief i gladly accepted it however it has been difficult as acc has done to naini what they did to me just locked her out of reviews and put preasure on her to have reviews without having reassessments based on new evidence and support letters from my g.p and specialist but acc refuses to abide by law which is why i need help i have evidence of acc breaching my rights and need somebody to help execute this all not through the acc process but through a ministerial process through local m.p willow brown because i dont know what to do and naini heremaias mum died so she cant help so im stuck to the point where id rather kill myself because my g.p wont give me medication to supoort my sleepless nights due to back pain and a horrible bed and iv be diagnosed with shermans disease chronic pain ptsd regarding sensitive issues and ptsd regarding my back injury which acc has declined so i need help and i want to see the mental health team but no ones getting back to me help please

The bed was the worst bed ever. You could hear each moment on the bed. You lifted your leg to get comfortable and it would make loud noises. You could see bright light from hallway as well. The toilet was too close to the wall as well. Kitchen and location were really good. You could tell the kitchen was clean and up to date. Please update the beds!!!Also want to point out the heaters settings couldn't be changed. So you either boiled or cold

The only health service I have been to where each staff member from the receptionist to the nursers and doctors are empathetic, take the time to listen to you and don't make you feel like you are an inconvenience or just another patient to get out the door. Would be great if they grew and raised the age range, I will miss them!
