John is excellent. Repaired and serviced my washing machine and the old girl is going like new. It was a second hand machine we have had for over 12 years and John changed the bearings and gave it a service and its like a brand new machine. John is a fantastic guy and great to deal with. Highly recommend for your repairs.

Our washing machine needed urgent attention and knowing we were located in the Marlborough Sounds, John and his team repaired it, all in the same day as we delivered. They were friendly, professional and went out of their way for us.Thank you so much . Highly recommend.

Unlike the positive reviews my experience is to the contrary - negative. No doubt John is capable and competent but I'll never know as I have heard nothing. I can only assume my query written on a piece of paper and added to the masses was perhaps stolen in the night by a rat! I won't be expending any future time or money to this business.

Quick response to our call for service. Arrived on time. Helpful, competent, knowledgeable service technician.John went out of his way to unseal the inner glass panel, clean it, and reseal it on our oven door. Thanks, John. Great service!.

I feel like ive stepped back through time when i walked through the doors to a time when New Zealand was New Zealand. They helped me and gave me use of a repair tool at the detriment of their revenue. Plus a lot of advice to boot. This place is truly Nelson. If you have any doubts about your oven or washing machine please talk to them and you will end up being as 'Stoked' as I was.
