Dr Pitsilis changed my life! After years of suffering and being told by other Drs/specialist there’s nothing wrong I saw Dr Pitsilis. Prior to my appt I was give a questionnaire that looked at my health and lifestyle in general along with some blood tests, when I got to my appt she had some more specific questions prepared. She confirmed her diagnoses and gave me a treatment plan. Not only did she substantially improve my quality of life she emailed me notes and links to information to go through in my own time so I wasn’t overwhelmed and didn’t have to worry about forgetting what she was telling me.

Super friendly, always do a fantastic job. My go to place for waxing! Highly recommend

Such a lovely, welcoming, knowledgeable supportive team that make you feel so safe and secure in their hands. Fantastic parking to add which makes the whole experience so easy and stress-free - so glad I found this amazing clinic with such a lovely team of people :-)

Pretty frustrating paying full price for filler and not receiving the full amount of product (just over half), will now have to go somewhere else to get a top up and my desired look. If the full product was not received I don’t believe it is ethical to charge full price, offering to store for a later date would have been the correct thing to do

An amazing experience at this beautiful store. My beauty therapist was incredible, listened to all my concerns and talked simply through what will work for me. Absolutely no pressure to buy anything or sign up, promoting to finish the products you currently own before purchasing more. The treatment was amazing and I left the store with glowing skin. Very excited to start my journey with Caci.

I love the vibe of the place, it's so calm and private. The staff are so friendly and kind on call and irl! Rescheduling my appointment was done so easily and conveniently with their help. Also shoutout to Lavinia who was such an amazing human and so good at her job:)

I believe I have met all her staff now and each and everyone of them are professional and friendly and help address any of my skin concerns.Each time I leave I always feel relaxed and refreshed and can highly recommend this clinic.Thanks Ladies I appreciate you all!!

Absolutely incredible customer service! There was a mix up with an appointment and I've never experienced a service that has gone so above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Have had 3 appointments with them so far and their staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
