Love this place! So relaxing with beautiful tropical trees and flowers surrounding the pools. Definitely worth the $60 entry. The poolside cocktails were great too.

I got a lash perm from Jenna. She was unreal, so kind and friendly and she did an amazing job. Hands down the best person that has ever served me customer service in every working field ever!!

Disappointing : had been here for a massage a few years ago and it was pretty good so thought i would return again.The masseuse put pressure on my spine and now i have a nagging pain ( not the good massage pain ) - pressure throughout the massage was either too much or too little, no consistency. I just didn't enjoy it. I also remember that the last time i was asked what oil i wanted to be used but this time there was no option.After massage tea was cold, asked her to warm it up, she put it in the microwave and it was still luke warm after that. It was a poor end to a poor experience.

I have always had problems with my skin and went for the 'fad' & 'cult' products thinking they would work for my skin like they did others. Boy was I wrong. Laura studied my skin and set me on a great journey with products that truely worked for me and routine. Now I get compliments on my skin all the time! Every 4-6 weeks I also see her for a facial and it is my favourite Me" time where I can relax and reset and actually take time out for myself! Your skin is the best thing you can invest in and truely helps with your confidence. I could not recommend Laura and her magic enough!"

Love this place. It's all in the details. Good sized rooms, heated beds, great atmosphere, tea and a bliss ball. Staff are really friendly and treatments amazing. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing!!! Loli is one of the best massage therapist I've ever had. She knows your body better than you think you do. 90 minutes is never enough. Highly recommend.

Holly from reception has been fantastic in helping me sort out my taxi. Really good and welcoming disposition and very customer-focused approach.Jasmine from the spa has also been great! Fab facial and bath. Sad I couldn't get a massage since some masseuse were out due to COVID, on holiday (it was ANZAC week), or bereavement.Room is okay, could get better at cleanliness though. Quite dusty in some areas, lots of flies (I counted 5 at a point) but there was a fly spray available, linens also had some stains. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Margaret very kindly accommodated my request for a dual massage so that my mum and I could have a massage at the same time. She also was awesome about the fact that I'm breastfeeding and made me feel comfortable and made appropriate adjustments.The lemongrass scent upon arrival was so relaxing and the facilities were clean and modern.Nice organic tea was served after our aromatherapy massage and we also had a lovely chat.Thank you!
