Nude Skin and Laser Clinic Hamilton

I had pre paid a package for various beauty treatments. Due to the store closing down with no prior warning to clients and even their staff, I was not able to redeem about 80% of remaining services. Management have advised that clients with outstanding treatments can use the Hamilton Branch. I bought the treatments with the intention of only using the Tauranga store as travelling to Hamilton is not practical or cost effective for me. I have tried multiple ways of trying to contact management to no avail-no response. I Would like to be refunded as I purchased the treatments to be carried out in Tauranga not Hamilton. And even if I did want to go there how would I book when I get no replies? I have not received what I paid for. Sadly I am one of many who have been stung by this situation. Very poor business practice and ethics. Would give zero stars if I could.

closing down of the Tauranga store has caused major issues. They are not even offering to refund the money that has been paid towards skin treatments . The only option provided is to go to Hamilton for treatments. That’s not practical at all of one is based on Tauranga . Management is so poor that they are not even responding to emails or phone calls . This business should be reported to higher authorities for fraudulent behaviour. Will not recommend this business at all .

In my experience with them they have been professional, respectful and considerate, they make you comfortable and able to relax (as much as possible) will be going back and highly recommen them to anyone.

I have unfortunately been informed not only that this clinic closed without notice, but that they did not refund alot of people's prepaid sessions, my sister being one of them.She alone has been conned out of almost $500...there are many more on Facebook.Driving to Hamilton is an insulting ignorant alternative

My wife paid for laser packages from this company and now the Tauranga branch has closed down they will not refund us our money. Will not respond to emails nor answer phone calls. Extremely unprofessional and not how a company should be treating their clients. Beware.

Scam/Fraud/Rug Pull..... Don't buy packages from this place! Both my partner and I had prepaid hair removal packages for the Tauranga branch and had only used 2 of 6 each. They have closed down with no communication whatsoever!! Didn't even get an email with offer to redeem or refund. Stay away! Terrible way to do business.

Purchased a laser package at their Tauranga clinic and have only been to two sessions. The clinic has unexpectedly shut down and they are not offering refunds. They have advised clients to redeem prepaid treatments over in Hamilton. Have tried contacting them with no luck. Do not use this clinic!

I had laser hair removal treatment and the result is very impressive! Been hairless for 2 years now. Didn't have to worry about shaving anymore. Definitely gives you value for your money.
