Very disappointed and angry. Our furniture incurred over $5000 worth of damage! Our Rimu furniture wasn’t even wrapped at all!We were told our furniture would not be repacked after the original packing, it had clearly been decanted and moved more than once.No thought was given to the packing whereby fragile items were loaded alongside garden furniture.Having moved from the UK to NZ many years ago we had not a single item damaged, here a move from Auckland to Te Anau resulted in the above damage.The only positive to this debacle was the insurance were easy to deal with (obviously they get a lot of claims from Crown customers!)Do not use this service!
