I was referred to Jeannie from my GP, when diagnosed with depression. Best outcome ever!Over the last decade, I have periodically revisited therapy with Jeannie whenever I have had difficulties.Each time, I have been given the patient, professional, trustworthy and capable assistance to work through my stressors in a controlled fashion.The Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques that we have used have been key to providing me with tools to recognise excessive reactions in myself and to centre these reactions more appropriately.I have no reservations in recommending Jeannie Horn to anyone seeking to manage their mental health in a productive and caring environment that really gets results.
