The staff are always friendly here. I went in looking for a new foundation and Li if I get her name right was so friendly and helpful! she was so knowledgeable and understanding of my situation, really appreciated her help :))

I went in the store last sunday and the person who helped me was this lovely lady called sharon, She was super nice and had amazing customer service. She was also very patient and knowledgeable with all the products She was showing me and just made my experience really good there. 5 stars!!!

The store is specialized in Japanese food and cosmetic/toiletries. We like to visit the shop.

Had a terrible experience at the store. Items were marked for 10% sale (with certain items excluded). No discount was applied for total items of approximately $140. When I realised this when checking the receipts around 2 minutes later and went back to the store. Was advised between two assistants that certain items I purchased were excluded (the two of them differed on which ones were excluded). Exclusions were NOT clearly noted on the shelves at all. I then opted to return some of the items as the only reason I purchased extra was the 10% sale. All items were in their original packaging with receipts (purchased 2 minutes ago). They then quoted store policy and refused a refund for ‘change of mind’ and say that they can only exchange or keep the funds as store credits. The overall treatment of a customer: from the mislabelled/unclear policy of what was included, to the refusal of a refund in the circumstances left a very poor impression. Will not go back again.

Enjoyed the shopping experience, so many products to choose from at a wide range of prices. helpful staff too . Long Live Ippondo

I bought a hadabisei skin mask for half the price compare to other stores. Must come back . Staff with glasses is very cute and helpful

Angie was absolutely incredible !! so helpful sourcing a particular product for me from another ippondo store in queens street and having them put it on hold for me , she went out of his way to return calls to me and was very knowledgable. I was really impressed with Angie customer service

A great place for japanese snacks. Buy one get one for free. I will definetly be back. :)
