Brough a 1/2 inch to 3/8 impact socket adapter with a life time warrantyOn first use of the adaper on a milwaukee impact gun at 200nm the adapter snapped tried to return as thought it may have been a faulty. was basically told no there designed to that which is rubbish. i have spent thousand on tools at this shop and have had a great experience. This has been the first time i have tries returning a fauly tool and if they cannot warranty a $15 dollar adapter it makes lose confidence in warranty of all my other tools i have purchased

Friendly and helpful staff, good range of stuff which you couldn't get anywhere else except online, and a lot of top range branded tools at reasonable prices. ToolShed own brand stuff is a bit of a lottery. I've had some good stuff from here but I've had a few where the quality was poor and I wish I'd spent more. For example, wood chipper excellent for the money, jointer/planer about what you'd expect for something so cheap, pocket hole jig next to useless and well overpriced. But overall they're really handy and have saved my bacon more than once.

My partner shops here regularly, they have good deals often. I have delt with them for the warranty on 2 faulty products, each time the staff have been amazingly helpful and it has been a super simple process.
