Can't stress enough how fantastic these guys were to deal with. I totally messed up the bed size and they were incredibly understanding and fixed up my mistake immediately. I was already happy with their service and how smoothly everything had gone. But after phoning them to tell them about my mistake after delivery, they couldn't have been nicer and more helpful! Really recommend buying from this store.

Awesome efficient experience with Harry at Beds R Us Wairau. Harry was super knowledgeable but not pushy - we ended up coming back to purchase a bed after looking around the area at a few different places mostly for convenience of their great service and ability to discuss prices.

Very good service, competitive rates and good variety. Staff was helpful and not too pushy. He showed us the options in our budget and sorted thorough finance and delivery for us. Best thing about this place is that it has air conditioning, unlike other places we went to. In the smoldering heat, one could think in peace.

Loves to push you to expensive models. As soon as you talk cheaper models all their sales staff lose interest in you quick. Most of the staff only hang around the 'expensive' area of the store. The store felt stale and dusty. Needs background music. It felt too quiet. Only redeeming factor was most of their beds felt comfortable and they had good range.

Delt with Harry yesterday.Amazing non pushy sales. Helped my sister purchase a bed she loves. 5 stars is not enough thank you so much!

Ordered bed base and mattress week ago still not delivered, staff made mistake and put wrong number and now asking for another week for delivery, not happy at all with customer service and the approach they have for customers.

Shane made our whole experience easy! After visiting a number shops coming across Shane and his team was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for your great customer service Shane and keep up the good work! Cheers

Was greeted by a staff member, asked what type of bed explained the number system of hard to soft, we tried the softest ones but found them too firm.There was one particular bed that the staff member proceeded to tell us the whole makeup of, he kept repeating the same dialogue at least 3 times, to be honest we found it really annoying.The price of the beds were way too dear even though there was a sale on.We gave us his card with the details thanked him and said we would think about it and left.Won't be returning

Bought Louisa king mattress , slept for a month already, extremely comfortable, sales guy Doug is nice & helpful.The only bad experience is the delivery. The 2 delivery guys are rude: 1)They walked straight into my bedroom with shoes without asking my permission. 2) they kept talking jokes they thought funny. 3) I told them don’t open the plastic package, but they don’t listen, they still open it. They looks worry about customer return so broken the package to a used situation make return process difficult

I do not recommend dealing with this company.We purchased a Sleepyhead Swisstek Super King mattress from Bedsrus because we trusted these brands. What a mistake!Our brand new mattress was delivered (costing us over $5,000 on a “half price deal”) stained, with fabric pulls and approx 100 holes in the stitching of the topper. I was told “hey, it’s not a problem - just talk to sleepyhead (comfort group), they’ll repair it”. I said it was brand new and faulty and I wanted a replacement. Why we had to deal with the manufacturer on a faulty brand new item is beyond me.Our master bedroom delivery was a little tricky, we explained this before we purchased, but we were told by Bedsrus that’s not a problem because these mattresses just bend, so they’re easy to get in anywhere. That’s a lie, they DON’T bend!! The delivery was risky and we were lucky to have no breakages, then to be told we needed to get that mattress out and another one in, but we needed to sign a waiver to cover any damages. Sleepyhead stopped talking to us, Bedsrus stopped talking to us, and it was only after weeks of stress when we said we we would take it to the Small Claims Tribunal that anyone came to the party.Remember, this mattress was over $10k “full price”, if anyone ever pays full price in this shop.Months later… We have a very comfortable bed and we were given a couple of free pillows. But if I had my time again, I’d just go with a cheaper online store who offers a “no questions asked” 100 day free trial.One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, and I’d include Sleepyhead (comfort group) in that statement.
