The place to go for a cold sweet treat. Great selection of ice cream flavours and beverages. Delicious milkshakes made the old-fashioned way with icecream.

Good service, served with waffle cones or a container. Nice high tables and chairs to sit down and eat your ice cream.

I generally enjoy ice cream and smoothies from the Botany kiosk, but was disappointed today ordering the tropical sundae that was served with no fresh bananas, no fresh pineapples, only ‘frozen’ mango bits.. ‘frozen’. So, missing fruit and the only fruit added was frozen. If you don’t have all the ingredients to make the full sundae, then be honest and say so, I would have chosen something else. Not a good experience today.

It's located inside the shopping mall. Delicious fruit yoghurt. Staff was friendly and helpful. She suggested me to taste each yoghurt flavor before I decided which yoghurt base for my fruit flo. Price was a bit high but it's worth it. Will come back again and again.

Love NZ Natural Botany - Haha you can tell some of their workers do not wanna be there, but you know I get it! They always make up some delicious drinks for me

I had their matcha green tea icecream, it is good flavour. Next time I will try their strawberry flovour, that also looks very nice
