Medical Books (N.Z.)

Bought a book online from this company four weeks ago with an estimated timeframe for delivery of 3-4 weeks. Followed up with the company today as it was bought for the upcoming university semester which starts in only a few days, and was told that as the book is a print on demand item something rather, it will be at least a few more weeks to get it. Have emailed through a request to cancel the order and have asked for a refund as they can't get it sent out on time, or even provide a timeframe for when it will become available. Not impressed. Won't be buying from this company again.

Unfortunately my experience was poor with this company and I would recommend shopping elsewhere. I placed an order for 3 books on 28 February 2021 (the website advised a 2-3 week delivery time), and after not hearing anything, I emailed on April 9 to check up on them. At that point I was told it would be about 4-6 weeks instead of 2-3. They then checked with their suppliers and was told that one would arrive in a week or so (it did), one was a few weeks away (it didn't arrive until June 24, after numerous follow ups from my end and finding out they hadn't actually lodged the order), and that one wouldn't arrive until late May (which I cancelled due to the prolonged wait). I had been trying to support a NZ company, but it would have been far cheaper, and much much faster to just go with one of the bigger overseas chains.

Do not order books from here - 9 days after placing order received update to say book is no longer available. I've rung multiple times over the last week and get same voice message. Very poor!!

I have not received my order in time... I have cancelled the order after 3 weeks of waiting.

Book advertised on line for $140, after submitted cc details etc receives an email saying the price was now$185! Did not go through with the order on principle, and I found it cheaper elsewhere. I wonder if this is an example of false advertising
