Smartwear Alterations

We used to use this alteration service since about 2015-2016 because they were fast, kind, good at altering and affordable- we also recommended them to a lot of our friends. However, lately they have been very rude and unprofessional to us which has been very disappointing. As you can see in the picture below, we got the hems of the pants altered but you can see the stitchings all on the outside of the pants- never would have paid for this service if this was what we would have gotten. They also don’t complete tasks on time unlike what was planned in advance- they started the alteration when we went to pick it up… Also told us their prices are too low so they’re gonna raise the prices- why tell us? Won’t ever be using your service again. Need to learn some humility when we have supported your business for nearly 8 years.
