Very Poor Service.I was living in London when my Dad died, & Sally was dealing with the Estate left to me & my Brother.I couriered legal documents regarding the Estate to the Law Connection.A few days after the Courier had delivered them, Sally was adamant she had still not received them.It was only upon sending the Couriers' proof of delivery & someone's timed & dated signature that the documents suddenly turned up".Upon arrival back in NZ a few months later

I recently rang around three law firms based in Kapiti to engage a firm to assist with a property transaction (a land purchase). I contacted the Law Connection Ltd at 9:15am, the person who took my call was very professional and indicated she would get someone to contact me. I heard nothing so contacted the firm again at 4:00pm, same person indicated she had referred my request through to the Practice Manager who was going to allocate my request to one of their team. 30 minutes later one of the directors rang me.Unfortunately the director confirmed their practice had not dealt with sales in this particular sub-division and despite having no conditions attached to my S&P was going to charge me just over $1,900 (including disbursements) for what was a very straight forward transaction. I would recommend others in my position also ringing around; I engaged a local firm who had been involved with this sub-division and their charges were just under $1,300 (including disbursements).
