Picked up a vietnamese wrap. The warp was not packed tightly and everything was dripping. Also the salad was nit mixed well.

Twice ive been now since this young girl started and twice she has poorly served me. This time she was yapping away they all see me waiting and i had to ask at 20:30 are you still open" a relunctant 'yes' as she dragged herself away from the conversation. Mostly Young staff now all oblivious to customer service. This is making me want go to another branch"

Horrible service, Was one of the first to order before a huge crowd had come. 30 mins later I was still waiting for my order and everyone in the crowd had already left. Absolute appalled by organisation and handling by staff. When I received my smoothie, it was so watery. This is unacceptable

Rip off. More ice and water and hardly any trace of juice. Will Never buy again. Taste before you leave their stall. Bought guardian roots and only tastes water and Ginger.

I am a fan of Tank Juice. I tried many different store and find this shop has the worst smoothies. I gave it a try 3 different times but all the same. I can tell the taste is not the same as other stores in the city or Mt Wellington or north shore. I think they don’t follow the recipe properly.

We had a terrible experience today.We placed our order of 2 salads and went to other stores for food.The queue wasn't long for salad and we were the first boxes.After 10 mins we got all our food from other stores, we are still in behind another 2 more boxes! The lady making salad was picking boxes from the end of the queue rather than based on order time, just because the guy buying that is standing in front of her and pushing her!After the queue was cleared finally came to our turn, it ends up costing us 30 mins waiting just for 2 salads. We can get a big meal on the table by waiting that long!!!!Jokes on you Tank, we buy healthy food for health, being treated like that and the anger that comes with it is giving us hypertension.

Was charged a 15% surcharge for a public hoilday not impressed it should be outlawed if u can't get by without charging extra for a public hoilday then don't open.Customers only have a certain amount of money and im sure u make a ton of money other times
