One of the worst companies I've dealt with in a long time, DO NOT USE THEM.They asked about access requirements before quoting, which I told them (needed to be taken up 1 level), and then sent me an invoice which I paid in full in advance.On the morning, they turn up 50 minutes late (after me having to call up multiple times to enquire about ETA). They then couldn't take the piano up the 1 level as the stairs are wooden (an issue they hadn't bothered to mention in earlier discussions), and then tried to charge me extra after the fact!Late, didn't provide the full service, and then tried to charge extra for it. Worst service I've dealt with in years. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR PIANO MOVE.

Ben and his crew helped move a new hot tub for us and they were super great despite very tight and challenging access. Thanks guys
