I have car anxiety and the whole process was just so bloody swift, cool and collected. Everyone looked happy too! The office manager Angie was so awesome, kept me updated about the car, offered to do my WOF, and her positivity was just so infectious. Service was done in a timely and reliable manner. I'll be back again for my next service, thanks so much Angie. You are the gem of Midas Manukau :)

The fact that the team in Manukau were friendly, explained the repairs in simple terms and were to the point about what needed to be done. Easy to deal with.

Very very poor service from midas. They couldn't fix my car issue and its cost me $230 without fix my car. My car given them to fix it's missing while driving. They said that no other issues, done its factory reset and added fuel system cleaner. When I bring back my car it was showing the same issue as it was. I noticed them that they said it will take couple of days to clear its fuel system. After a week it not fixed the issue. They checked the car again then said need to change its coil. Their first inspection found its coil and spark plugs all good. Waste of money and I am not at all recommended midas and very very unhappy with their service ...

5 star service! The service was efficient, transparent and affordable (best part!). The customer service was great - the receptionist was warm, inviting and friendly. She was upfront about how long the service would take, costs and kept me updated on things with my car. The staff are knowledgeable and reliable. I’ve found my new go-to. Thank you Midas Manukau

Was recommended this place by a relative of mine, but wish I didn’t listen because this guy charged $691 for spending less than 3 hours to do $€*+ all on our car, a 2004 Wish that will probably only sell for $2000. So NO I DON’T RECOMMEND this place. Because it seems if you’re new to the place he will RIP YOU OFF big time. But KARMA will definitely come your way mate.

Thank you for the kind service! The receptionist is super lovely! I didn't have the best news about my car but that was no fault to anyone at Midas. I feel sorry for the receptionist who has to deliver bad news, she probably doesn't get the best response from customers but she's definitely just doing her job and she's super nice about it! I feel better knowing that my car is now safe to drive :) Thank you!

Avoid at all cost. Not sure how a 550$ service didn’t seem to include any coolant top up whatsoever, considering when I arrived home after picking my car up coolant tank was almost empty. No leak identified in their “Peace of mind” inspection either. Also they might want to take oil leak repairs off their website as if you have an oil leak and it has leaked in your engine bay they refuse to touch it citing environmental laws. Not sure how many customers come in with oil in their engine bay wanting an oil leak fixed or at least diagnosed, as displayed on your website, and get turned away. Won’t be returning, seem very lazy and cash grab.

Good bunch of guys and gals.Straight up & honest, always happy to help.Professionalism, knowledge and explanations of what went on in a way I can understand, is absolutely top notch. Great staff and customer service.Been coming to these guys for 5 years now and never had a problem with their service or workmanship.
