Went to click and collect an item, the staff there was so friendly , she let me use their wifi so I can log into my email and show them my order number as I did not have data

Helpful and well trained staff. Suggested products for my needs and explained why that would better suit me than the ones I was after. Turns out the options they suggested were cheaper. Bought a couple of items from here. Definitely a place to shop at.

Very bad attention from a woman when I try to refund a defect thing ($600 value) after 1 month using it. She said that this thing never had problems... Some people don't know anything about customer attention and also about atadistics...

Why go in to customer service if you don't want to help people? The team here just stands around talking to each other, ignoring customers. When customers have questions, the team is annoyed. My friend is disabled and couldn't get the staff here to give him the time of day.

Thank you to Aaron J of Royal Oak branch for advising us on how to convert our XBOX 360 device to a smart tv by just purchasing a HDMI cable. You have outstanding knowledge. We were told from other places we needed a converter etc and could only purchase overseas. Thanks for fixing our problem.
