Smart Mobile Wellington

AVOID. Initially very quick service but at a price... Replacement screen started glitching out a few hours later after I had left Wellington. The store has ignored emails and their landline does not work. I knew I was paying too much but needed quick service, but the replacement is faulty and the phone unusable. They also advertise payment options but after the work is complete they say that those options are unavailable. Not to be trusted. Avoid. Will update this review if they respond to me and remedy the issue.

Not bad, good quick replacement, screen replaced in less than 3 hours. Cost was $145. 4 stars because there is dust underneath the screen where the front camera. Also I've just noticed now some dead pixels on the right side.

Answered all my questions. Prompt repair, fair price, and friendly service.

I think it's safe to assume that the other 5 star reviews are friends of the owner. Over priced, and extremely poor service. Avoid this outlet at all costs.

Bought some off brand AirPods off these guys. Was assured there a good product. Cost $120. One day later the right ear bud has broken. Wish I bought genuine.

I don't recommend this place... I went to have a screen protector, they didn't have the correct one for my mobile phone, so they sold me another one. Supposedly, it suits, but it isn't.

The guys here will have you sorted and walking away happy! Rajwal was super quick to make sure my phone was fixed and I was happy. He also wanted to fix other minor problems on my phone but I just urgently needed my charger fixed.Appreciated his help

Just got to New Zealand and needed a new case a screen protector for my iPhone. The store owner was straight over to me and offered help and picked out cases for me to try before I buy. He was friendly, helpful and gave me top class service. The price was low but the products I purchased are great quality. The case is tough but my phone still feels sleek. The screen protector is great and hasn’t affected the screen reactiveness to my touch. I would highly recommend if you need any accessory for your phone or tablet then pop in to this shop. I will definitely be going back to get a new case for my iPad as well as screen replacement for my iPad. Thank you for your help. From the English guy who popped in at around midday :)
