Nice, relaxing, calm. Hidden gem in Taupo for the whole family.

Lovely place. But you really have to watch your belongings. I've been in the sauna and watched 3 different local men on 3 different occasions try to steal other swimmers' bags. Kind of reflects the divide between the have's" and "have not's." But it is frustrating to have to see

We went especially for the private pools. These pools have been closed for a number years and so welcoming to have them open again. Temperature takes time to get used to and time limit does rush one so would help if time can be longer. It is clean and tidy. One concern at the first room is when you look up through the open air skylite to what appears to be a room with curtains and so someone from there looking down can see into us and more visible if it were night. Just need to clarify what that room is.

A really cool pool this great accessibility for those with mobility issues. However we visited in summer when it was 30+ degrees outside so the pools weren't very refreshing however I imagine these pools would be fantastic on the cooler days. Either way it was a great place to spend a few hours. Also the Cafe has delicious food and the lady there was super lovely.

Awesome spot to take the whole family. Lady at front desk couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Facilities are all exceptionally clean considering the number of people using them. Big family change rooms. There's something for all ages in the outdoor pool area - awesome baby pools, slides (big & small), tarzan rope, playground & grassed area. Even had an area for the bigger kids to do bombs!Reasonably-priced too.Highly recommend to all visiting Taupo! We will definitely be back!

Warm pools, however, I felt like it was more for kids. The showers are okay, but some of them are kind of cold or low pressure. very clean, and they have a hairdryer to use. It's only $5 if you want to just use the showers and not have a swim :)

When we are in Taupo we like to stop in here for a swim. This last visit we stayed in Taupo properly for a few days (usually we are just passing through from the snow). We went to A C Baths three days in a row! My youngest couldn’t get enough of the place and this was her favourite way to end each day. My eldest found it a fun place to swim and relax. She was a little sad that she couldn’t go on some things because she was slightly too tall for some of the activities. But she still found some fun things to do. They have indoor and outdoor pools. The facilities were pretty clean, even though they were plenty busy while we were there. Good changing rooms too.

Plenty of parking and very affordable. The water is very warm and almost impossible to get out (in a good way). Kids slide for those that are over 120cm (pls don't quote me on that, check with staff). The bathrooms and changing rooms could do with a small revamp but none the less, a great place to spend a frosty few hours.

The facility is awesome!There is so much to do and the water is lovely and warm. Suitable for all ages. Shame about the receptionist. She was friendly to us but not very kind to the large family in front of us.
