I went here looking for a present for my mums 70th birthday. I initially couldn't find what i was looking for but on visiting their online site I found something that i did like and whats more it came with a free gift.I went back to the store to see if they had it and also if they would honour the gift. They did and the bettered the offer with a discount that was better than the online offer.Don't mistake exuberance for pushy. Obviously there is a certain desire for the staff to sell but this is more than tempered by their desire to sell you something that you want.

Passing through Whanganui with my Mum, stopped in here to ask for directions - the young woman was very friendly and helpful, making a genuine effort even though there was no commission to be made. Nice to see good service is still out there.
