I attended one of Juliet's Friday Night Cheese nights - Old World vs New World. It was an excellent journey across multiple cheese types and a wonderful way to rethink the way I look at cheese. Gone are the $3 blocks of Galaxy Camembert in my house now - with my gained expert knowledge from this event I am pairing soft, semi-soft and hard cheeses with white or red wine with ease. I highly recommend heading along to one of these events for a wonderful evening and to upskill your cheese expertise!

A delicious way to spend 3 hours, we were a group of 8 and we thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the cheese tasting/ wine matching, followed by a tasty lunch.
