I changed address, took them a long time to come out to move wifi. meanwhile i'm still paying for a service we can't use, then when i call to see what's happening the lady on the phone is rude. not worth it!

Awesum place and staff. They can sort any issues out and get you sorted.

Beware of this company. If you cancel your contract ie house shifti you have to pay the full month not the actual days used.

the stoped giving us unlimited wifi and didn't tell us so we had a massive bill and had to pay them, other than that it was pretty good

Have been with Unifone for years and have always found them great. Easy and friendly to deal with, its great being able to talk to locals if theres ever any questions.

I'd been with Unifone since moving to a semi rural location 8 months ago, wanting to keep it local I didn't mind the cost(as compared to other providers it was almost double the cost), however we have had nothing but issues and unreliability (for people who advertise themselves as reliable its anything but) followed by poor customer service and me chasing for updates and solutions days after they had been promised. I am moving to another provider that announcement was met by no sincere apology, no intention to repair the relationship and a hefty fee to break the contract. I work from home and my business relies on internet to function and they've cost me nothing but time and money. I will not be recommending them to anyone.
