Super helpful and solved my dogs skin problems by switching to the Raw Essentials products. Dogs with allergies to lamb chicken and beef have a huge range of other meats to choose from.Lots of good science based advice. Natural skin products on the shelf too.One stop shop for a healthy pup !

I didn't get her name but the green eyed girl worker was so helpful and kind. She helped us pick out some raw food for our dog's birthday and he loved it! Excellent customer service and good products.

Emily is amazing and so knowledgable. My girl loves her to bits. Getting my head around all the different options, feeding amounts and types of feed could have been very stressful if not for Emily. She is just so kind and genuine and super super helpful. Thank you!The food has also made an incredible difference for my girl. She used to have stomach problems on a regular basis, but not anymore. She lost a lot of weight and is healthier than ever. It's a total no brainer for me now to just stick with this raw diet. It's quite affordable too, which surprised me.

Always an interesting place to shop. Love seeing the different options. Would be great if they were open the hours they say, not close an hour earlier. Might have been a one off but very frustrating.
