DO NOT SEND YOUR CAMERA HERE!I originally sent my lens here through Sony, to have it cleaned after a lens filter breakage, costing me over $200.I didn’t try the lens again for some time as I was using my prime, and busy with work.Upon trying the lens, I had dark spots all over my images. I had the sensor cleaned-locally, thinking it was the issue.I returned the lens to be cleaned again, where I was charged $80 just to ‘look’ at it. Then they wanted to charge me a further $230 to clean a lens they never did properly in the first place.I’ve been in touch with some other very dissatisfied customers through a FB page.USE ANYONE ELSE BUT THIS COMPANY!!

Awesome and speedy service. I had forgotten about an issue with my A7IV's base plate, the folks at Phototronics rang me up and sorted postage to get it fixed. Everything was done overnight including postage time and I had my camera back in my hands for the weekend. Could not be more stoked. Highly recommend!

If you've got modern Sony gear that needs repairing, Phototronic is the real deal. The repair wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for - job completed to an excellent standard and lens seems to be functioning perfectly. I would trust them again with my gear and will be going straight back if I ever need another repair.

I am a pro photographer and can ill afford to have my cameras down for any length of time. The guys at Phototronic get this and have bent over backwards to accommodate me and turn things around FAST. Most recently dropped off a pro grade body to deal with a Sony Service Announcement. Called them the day before and dropped off camera the next morning. Despite them being busy, and not making any guarantees that things would be ready by end of day, my issue was resolved by mid afternoon!! And on top of that, my camera was cleaned, inspected and sensor swabbed at no extra charge.If you are a pro shooting Sony gear, these guys are brilliant, and with a depth of knowledge that even I, after 30 years of shooting professionally, can learn something from. I wouldn't trust my gear to anyone else.

honestly one of the friendly and most efficient places I’ve taken my camera too. I messed up with how quickly I needed it done and they were really good about it. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Also gave me some tips on another issues I was having with my camera which has now resolved it! Will be going back for all my camera needs.

The worst repair ever executed: I had to pay $360 for my Sony camera which was returned to me not repaired and on top the flash didn't work but worked previous to sending in. Can you believe it?! They would not let me off paying the repair coasts for something which was not done.
