Had an amazing session at SOMM. The space has a very cosy and welcoming vibe. The teachers are very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Their offerings/methods are suitable to anyone and everyone - approachable, efficient and practical, especially for someone like me who leads a busy life.Highly recommend!

I adore my sessions with SOMM, when online, I am transported to a safe and calm space where I can fully connect with my breath, body, mind and spirit, and spend quality time clearing out the mind.I then can walk into my day calm, balanced and feeling amazing every time, thank you SOMM, and your wonderful facilitators.The live immersions are so beautiful also, recommended to all agesxx
