Service is confusing around price. I ordered an old fashioned which is not on the menu, but got charged for $50 dollar. And we wanted to pay separately for drinks, ended up shared the bill. I should have asked th r price before ordering but the price for one cocktail is really a surprise to me.

Horrible foods, nice waitress and nice restaurant. This manager who showed us the table look overly depressed and didn’t even smile. I ordered Smoked Salmon and it was one of the worst thing I ate. That was my first time there. The salmon was so dry and hard to chew, the sauce doesn’t even make it taste better. What was the green sauce? It was so sour, the whole thing was like eating a cardboard. FYI.. I chewed on paper when I was a kid coz of curiosity, so I know what it taste like. It was $22, and I was very hungry after my fasting, was wondering whether to send it back, I was toooooo hungry to send it back that was the only reason I sat there and eat it!!! Would never go there again for foods. If my friends invite me, I would just sit there without ordering foods, can’t get that taste off my mind. Very disappointed. Expected better from a nice restaurant with a good location!

Terrible service. We ordered drinks and food. Food arrived, we ate and plates were cleared. After approx1.5hrs of waiting for the drinks we stood up and went to the till to pay then were told the drinks were ready. They still tried to make us pay for the drinks until we refused.

Poor service - unprofessional communication, not respecting personal space. Waiter pushes in between you and a friend to collect plates without saying excuse me. Glassware was dirty, champagne glass had lipstick on it and warm from dishwasher. Chicken was raw when ordered, serious health and safety issues with uncooked chicken, was offered replacement however still charged $18. Cocktails are tasty with good selection. Unfortunately not sure I will be back unless the standards increase.

Great place to unwind after a long week. Awesome atmosphere and Buzz. Loves the cinnamon kane cocktail. More please! Will be returning soon!

Elite spot. Visuals are beautiful and the atmosphere is intimate. Good range of drinks. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and charismatic. Couldn’t recommend this spot more!

Terrible service both times I have been here and all running around like headless chickens. Ignored at the bar, staff are unfriendly and took their sweet time about everything. Serving people seemed like a hassle and then there is the manager. Yelling at staff across the bar when food was going out. Terrible attitude. Two tables around us, all of us talking about how bad the service had been. Get more staff on for busy times, and teach them how to serve customers.

Terrible service! Was told to take a seat and they would be over to service us. People came and went and were served. Went to the bar, told to take a seat and the waiter would be over waited another 20min. Pulled a waitress as she walked past and asked her to take our order. Understand everyone is short staffed, maybe if we could order and pay at bar and then have drinks delivered.

Service was not great. We asked to pay separately for our drinks but the waiter just divided the bill in half. Then we asked for a break down of the bill, he then just gave us the receipt of the halfed bill... While also telling us the wrong price for our drinks.We also asked for water, it never came.

Great for a drink and lunch after shopping up a storm at Westfield Newmarket. Lovely decor and atmosphere
