Went to KFC mount a couple of months ago for a burger, told they had run out of burger buns, no burgers available. Went today 28/05/23 , 1630 hrs to try the recently advertised bacon burger. This time we were told they had run out of bacon. The Mount KFC needs to look at its management and ordering processes. Please stop blaming the supply chain as other outlets do not have this problem. Be kind to the front of house staff, it’s not their fault.

Shocking service. Place was full and staff were so disorganised 2 of us left with many waiting. Young ones going on a break!, You don’t have a break when your place is full. Went to MacDonald in bayfair in the end and they were packed. But boy what a well run team. Highly organised. Need to step up kfc because I definitely will not go back to that place.

Very disappointing!! Food was awful, sitting area was drab and toiltets were filthy. The only positive was the young attendant who served us. She was very polite. Will definitely never go back there despite being locals.

Pleasant enough staff. But One of the most feral disgusting dirty looking places I’d ever been in. My dogs kennel has more hygiene. The colonel would be gutted . Really disappointing as I hardly eat fast food out so hopefully this isn’t the new norm. Health department eat your heart out. KFC if you care this needs your attention ASAP.

Having to give them 1 star so I could give them a review is flattering for this KFC outlet...Chips were old and soggyBurgers were average which is being nice.Placed order but was told some items were unavailable...this was an hour and half from closing....was told manager didn't order enough...this is quite a regular situation.Going by some of the other reviews it would seem management aren't bothered....Very disappointed again""

Had no bacon, didn’t take order properly and cook was on break so got served cold chips and chicken. Threw up the burger straight after eating it. Waste of $50 bucks trying to feed a family. Worst KFC ever

This store is horrible. Ordered a Zinger Box meal and they said they're out of Lettuce for the burger but could put a Hashbrown on instead, agreed to that but got home and the burger had a patty and a couple of blobs of some weird sauce. Not even the Mayo it should come with. Chips were old and yuck.Went back to the store and complained to one of the workers. She then got the 'manager' which has to be one of the most rudest and unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. She refused to make the order again to an acceptable standard and said all she could do was give me a refund. I tried explaining to her that I had just waited nearly 45 mins for my food in the drive through and that it's wrong not to fix the error with the meal. When I raised my voice as she wasn't actually sorting the issue out she walked off and refused to deal with me.Reading through the bad reviews on here I can see they need a serious wake up call and sort their shop out. There's always stuff not available, bad quality, poor customer service and unhelpful managers.One of the worst KFCs we have been to!

I was stuck in the Mount for the night, Monday 3rd April, about 9.15,And needed feeding, went to kfc & meet the most fantastic ladies I have ever meet in the fast food industry. The food was second to none, the service was just as good if not better. Atmosphere was out of this world. The owner of this kfc is a very lucky person to have such a great team. Young ladies you know who you are and should be proud of yourself. I will be back, I promise. The man from Wellington. Thankyou very muchDel
