Went and got my eyebrows waxed, shaped and tinted. They look absolutely amazing then I thought about getting my lash extensions done. They were horrible. Messy, sore, painful. They are falling out. Got stabbed in the eye a few times from the tweezers. They are horrible. And charged me $85 for them to turn out like this. Going back tomorrow to make a complaint. I want my money back!!!! Dont go there definitely wouldn't recommend!!

I went in there today for a brow thread and tint but came out with horrible eyebrows. I just wanted my brows to tidied up and shaped but the lady took off half my brows. She asked if I like it and I said no they are way too thin. She then tried to blame it on the color but I told her I have had my brows tinted plenty of times before and it is not the color. She tried to say that she didn't take that much off and I said I know what my eyebrows look like. I told her I was not happy with them and she made me pay the full $30. She didn't even apologize. They are patchy and uneven shape. I went home and cried because they look awful.

Disappointing facial, and not a great experience at all. Products weren’t very nice, the towel was extremely rough when the lady was wiping my face and she was using tissues to dab. I had to ask for the water to be warm as the water was cold. Waste of money, time and the facial wasn’t cheap. I wouldn’t recommend going to place!

I am very grateful to the ladies at Allure, Bayfair. Nine times out of ten I get exactly what I have requested. Language interpretation is only fault..eg jaw line does not mean neck. Overall I am happy.

Yesterday I got an eyelash lift and tint looked okay in store but looked ridiculous when I saw them later on. My lashes were lifted in many directions and were so bent (see image). Now I have a red itchy mark on my left eyelid. Never going back. Not worth the risk

SAVE YOUR MONEY! First time coming here for a lash lift today and will be the last! I have had lots of lash lifts before but have never had chemicals in my eye and an unpleasant experience. I’ve also never had my forehead tapped either. She handed me the mirror, and they looked the same and barely even curled! The lady said “don’t touch them and wait 1 day, they will look better tomorrow” , I knew I should have said something because it’s an instant thing, not wait and they suddenly get better?! Went home and very dissatisfied. Overpriced too.

Went and got my first lash lift today and wow! The lovely Raman did my lashes and eyebrows and I am so beyond impressed. Will definitely be going back again! So happy with my lashes!

This place dose not deserve a star . Went for a eyebrow tidy up . I asked her to keep my shape but just tidy up around the brow and i wanted a Henna done . Came out with one eyebrow different to the other , uneven. So Unprofessional!! Never again .

The quality of their work output is really lacking. Paid quite a bit to have a few things done for myself and a friend….and left having to go to any Beauty salon to have it done probably. 100% would not recommend using the Bayfair Tauranga store at all. Also we were not the only unsatisfied customers in the span of an hr of our appointment. Expected higher standard.

Don’t go here . THERE USE TO BE A GOOD LADY who did a good job of brow shape and tint , but last few times I have been had different lady’s .. went Sunday for brows and wasn’t 100% happy, Today thought I would try lash lift as it was convenient. Terrible job . Charged me for a tint even tho they say u can’t tint for 48 hours so were kind enough to give me only 15 dollars back . Had lifts before and my eyes look exactly the same as they did when I first woke up this am . Gonna go to a busier place in the future !!!! Also when she was brushing out my lashes jt was rather painful !!!
