Absolutely unbelievable. Third time drive through and got home after a long drive realize half of the items in combo purchases are missing . Third time ! Paying for something that you can’t eat ! I won’t be visiting this particular store any more and suggest who ever visiting. Check your order before leaving ( which you shouldn’t need to do at all!).

In a busy time, u will have to wait a reasonable time. Which u may not find that comfortable. I think they need more staff at the counter. Today (2021 Jan 11), only one lady was there. She was too busy I felt sorry for the stress she underwent having continuous customers. But when u are done, u can not exit ur vehicle to the main road through the side where the drive through begins.

May God richly bless this KFC franchise. I ordered online at around 10ish this evening (31.05.2023) and my order went through. I arrived at the store after 10 pm, and the staff told me that they had already closed. They were surprised that the order had gone through after 10 pm since the store was already closed. I was advised to submit a refund request through the company's website. I explained to them that I was in need of food for my family members who have covid. The Manager and her team were so kind to prepare what they could offer and allowed me to remain inside the store while they prepared it. Although the items I had ordered were no longer available, they still prepared what was available and provided me with more than what I had ordered. You are all greatly appreciated! Again, many thanks!

About as good as you can expect from a KFC. This restaurant chain has really slipped in pretty much everything over the years. It's as though good food and service don't seem to matter any more.I don't think they hire anyone to clean these days either or at least anyone who's ever cleaned before.Anyway, we'll all still go and get our chicken fix because that's what we do. There are no other options.

Terribly slow service. Ordered large fries with bucket and only half filled the chip packet. Note: Here I am a second time with the same problem but also with a slow service that took longer than a busy restaurant in town. I Have now learned my lesson this is the worst kfc in the Christchurch. Avoid at all cost.

Second time here, and those who read my posts know I love KFC. But my goodness, fast food it is not. it's so slow. Staff are lovely and clearly under the pump. Allow at least an extra 20 minutes on top of your usual KFC experience.

Waited 30 minutes in drive through to be missing half of my order. The half I did get wasn’t even right.I ordered 3 large meals. Received large drinks but small chips.Missing 2 wicked wings and 2 pieces of chicken.Asked for extra seasoning and got basically none. I am not happy.But it gets worse.No one answered the phone to rectify an issue so this is why I am using a google review

As much as friend and family has told us that Hornby KFC is the worst place ever, service and food wise are horrible. Very slow service even though there is no cars. One of our orders is a 3 piece quarter pack combo and instead of getting 3 pieces of chicken we got one, chips are cold and when we order a zinger burger combo, we were told they don’t do the zinger burgers as they are not much staff. Never ever again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered dinner for my family to be delivered and the delivery was wrong. We immediately contacted the driver who did not know what to do about it after 37 unanswered calls to the branch I drove in. What an unhelpful bunch. The manager was just as bad, trying to give me a small mash and gravy for my time. My order was over $100 Its now an hour and a half later, I've paid for delivery and now had to drive in.and they want to give me a mash for the inconvenience. All this before I start a night shift. I'm angry.

Absolutely useless drive through… pretty much every time we go there’s something missing… try to call and no answer, try submitting complaint on the website and no reply. How hard is it to put everything thing people have paid for in the bag. Never going back again!
