Was disappointed at first, didn't know you had to make an appointment. Making it too hard for people to adopt must put people offHowever the manager was lovely, I was grieving over the loss of my cat of 15 years.She brought out the most adorable little kitten and we just bonded.She has brought a smile to my face again.Thank you for your great work.

Best crew that is caring about their animals. We went to pick up our new girl all the way from Auckland and it is worth every second. 3 months old puppy knows how to sit down, use toilet appropriately and sleep a full night. They also gave us the best service. Highly recommend.
