They were very quick to respond to our call for a broken window and had the frosted glass replaced the same day, with a follow up visit to repair the damaged hinges they had to order in - they also gave the other windows a quick service while they were here (lubes hinges, adjusted latches etc.) All in all they were fantastic and the bill was a lot lower than expected - which is a big win!

Someone thought the little round table with embroidery under the glass was - a stool. So he sat on it. And the glass gave up.Kelly Glass & Mirror said that ordinary glass was not strong enough, So they arranged to get toughened glass. And they said it would probably be ready at the end of the week. I thought they would then call me. But they didn't.So - GOOD about suggesting a stronger glass.- OK about not calling me - I could have called them.And - THANKS for being helpful and friendly.
