Cartridge World Cromwell
Purchased genuine CANON XL cartridge from Cromwell - used once for event then stored as advised on Canon website. Came to use 3 months later and cartridge had leaked ink into container it was placed in. Took it back thinking they would contact Canon on my behalf. No such luck. Wanted nothing to do with it. Went to Canon myself and they sorted and replaced. Cartridge World, I believe should have done what I did on my behalf as I purchased the product from them. No customer service whatsoever and no backing of the products they sell. Not good customer service and will not use them again!
