Best service at best prices. Great 5-star business. Using it weekly at Coffee News.People that put bad reviews seems people that they are CourierIT are the couriers, they're not. They are a booking platform.Delivery faults described in bad reviews are either with the business that orders through the platform or the actual courier such as Aramax or NZpost.We use the platform on a weekly basis with Coffee News and it is so much easier than dealing directly with courier companies!

Terrible customer service. If your considering using this service, I would re-consider. They weren't given the right address, 1 week later I gave it to them, 1 week after no contact or updates they actually didn't send it through to the problem freight team, 1 week later they ended up loosing my parcel after no contact or updates online - then had the audacity to be annoyed with me, seeming because I was annoyed in the end after my patience had run out. Dealt with the same lady every time - wouldn't consider using them if I needed to.

Worst courier company everI have been getting all my parcels from other courier companies but this company is unable to find my address. It was domestic package and I still dont have my package after a month. I am happy to pick it up but they are not even able to confirm if package in onsite and ready to pick up. Just false promises and they never get back to you. I would suggest NZ businesses not to use this company to courier your orders unless you want to loose customers. Would give this company -negative rating if I could

I have been using CourierIt to send my packages for a couple of years now (over 200 orders a month). Their new system works with Shopify to bring the orders in and fulfills them back to Shopify.Their service has always been efficient when I’ve had queries or issues. Any freight issues/delays aren’t a direct reflection on CourierIt as they aren’t the actual courier company (they use Aramex and thankfully more recently have also added NZ Post) but they have always dealt with any issues the best they can at their end.Excellent pricing too as I have shopped around before signing up and also since signing up (before they added NZ Post as an option to ship with)

Avoid Them Like A Plague Because This Is What They Are!I bought nasal drops from a business based in North Shore, Auckland. I live in Franklin. Paid for overnight delivery because my chronic rhinitis flared up and I need this particular medicine. It's been 7 days now and I am still waiting for my parcel. Phoned Courier it. The woman from their support" team was clueless and extremely arrogant. She was shouting at me and told me that delays are "part of the business"! Well

**AVOID AT ALL COSTS**I have never come across such a bunch of clowns in all my born days. Absolutely disgusting customer service. They take more than a day to reply to an email (even after chasing up), they give wrong information and do not value their customers at all. I don't know how they're still in business to be honest.Worst courier company ever.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. We have been shipping with them and they use NZ post and Aramex. We have been only using NZ post and everything is great and they offer very competitive prices. Carla always reply to my email in couple of hours and they answer the phone within a min. If you're a small business, I highly recommend them.

We are still awaiting goods that have already been tracked to from Auckland to Wellington for delivery to the Hutt almost a week later! We have decided in future not to use suppliers who choose this company Courierit or Aramex. Best to use suppliers who rely on CourierPost or the golden folk at DHL.

Expected something to be shipped overnight as per shipping from store details, two week's later still no updates or communication. I thought Aramex was bad but they are gold compared to these guys. Had no trouble with other items coming from Auckland and getting them overnight from Courier Post. Do not use them for anything.

Item picked up in Whitianga 8 December. Have just been told they will try" to deliver it to me before Christmas. I'm in Kapiti and apparently there Wellington depot is struggling. It does seem
