Arrongant, unprofessional property management company has no courtesy towards tenants, avoid Quinovic Thorndon.To the owner Quinovic Thorndon thanks for your message, I have used your service recently, and expressed my concern to your customer service when one of your employees without listening to my concern disconnected the phone. And have email exchange too so please do not say that I have not used your services, but try and improve your services.

If Darryl was not my Property Manager, I would have seriously consider selling my rental now. Darryl looks after your property as his own. He sets the bar high for any other professionals working in the property management sector. He's a huge asset to the Thorndon branch!

He made the move-in process really smooth with his seamless communication and coordination.His personal warmth and interest in us took all the trepidation out of rental search. I believe that if my tenants are looking after my property and are paying their rent on time then they are the “owners” of their home and I’m just the “caretaker”. I’m happy to provide them with a safe, warm and comfortable home at a reasonable cost. My Property Manager follows my instructions to make sure my philosophy is adhered to and as a result I have the loveliest tenants possible. Although sometimes it takes a long time for my Property Manager to arrange for work to be carried out - perhaps due to shortage of Tradespeople. Prior to Kevin and Chrissy taking over Quinovic Thorndon, I was horrified with the terrible attitude of Alex Khera, the previous owner of the franchise. I was embarrassed to be a landlord and was exploring ways to end my association with a firm that treated my tenants badly and treated me in a condescending way. I know that some Quinovic franchises have had a lot of bad publicity in the past but hopefully with Kevin and Chrissy owning Quinovic Thorndon both my tenants and I will be in good hands.

As a tenant, I have nothing but praise for Darryl. He has been a delight to work with. Every question or issue was addressed quickly, and it made me feel like someone actually cared! His ability to interact as a caring, efficient and professional person is to be commended.

I had such a positive experience dealing with our Property Manager Chris in the Thorndon branch when moving out of one of the rentals he managed recently. There were some tricky situations happening and Chris was completely understanding and took the time to hear me out and create a positive result for us as Tenants. Really impressed with his honesty and integrity in a world where tenants often feel powerless. Wishing him all the best and highly appreciate his work.

Darryl Mahony has been a kind and fair property manager. I consider myself lucky to have him looking after this property. He listens to any concerns and has my interests at heart. He is the best experience I have had with a property manager.

Marley has now been our property manager for almost a year. She is friendly, caring, very detailed orientated, dependable and really takes very good care or both the owners property and her tenants. She always responds promptly to our questions and queries and even though she takes very good care of the property she also advocates for us as the tenants. She has even on one occasion came all the way from her house on a Saturday to unlock the house for our house sitter while we were away. Thank you Marley for taking such good care of us, we are very happy with you as our property manager!

Working with Darryl relieves the stress and worry that goes with any rental property. He is always looking out for our best interests. He is doing a great job overall, from taking care of tenants, maintenance, rent etc. Darryl have the ability to work and communicate well with people. When dealing with unhappy tenants or persuading landlords to make essential upgrades to a property that can be very challenging, Darryl put his great negotiation skills to work.
